In research work the effectiveness of the theoretical and methodological principles of forming the academic mobility of future bachelors in international relations in professional training on the basis of scientific, integrated analysis of higher educational institution have been experimentally reviewed. For the first time, the structural, functional model of formation of academic mobility of future bachelors in international relations in professional training is substantiated, (model) consists of six components (targeting, component of methodological support, organizational-legal, semantic-pedagogical, diagnostic, effective) and its structural component composition, which includes the purpose (formation of academic mobility of future bachelors in international relations in the process of professional training in technical higher educational institution); principles of education (availability of all types and forms of educational services; equal conditions for the realization of potentials and educational needs; humanism, democracy, priority of human values; integration with science and industry; relationship with education and science of other countries; continuity and diversity of education); scientific approaches (systematic, competent, personal, active, resourceful); types of education (formal, non-formal, informal); regulatory and legal support; pedagogical conditions (internationalization of the educational environment of technical higher educational institution; formation of readiness of future bachelors in international relations for academic mobility in the educational process of technical higher educational institution; selection and structuring of educational content, increase of communicative orientation of educational process for effective foreign language communication; optimal integration of academic mobility forms and types in process of technical higher educational institution); types (degree, credit mobility); forms (learning based of academic mobility programs); criteria (motivational-value; knowledgeable; communicative, professionally active; socio-psychological), indicators and levels (initial; average; sufficient; high) of formation of readiness of future bachelors in international relations for academic mobility in the educational process of technical higher educational institution; result (achieved the effectiveness of the formation of academic mobility of future bachelors in international relations in professional training in technical higher educational institution). The research defines the structure of readiness of future bachelors in international relations for academic mobility in the educational process of technical higher educational institution (motivational; cognitive; communicative, professional-operational; social-psychological components); the content of the concepts «readiness of future bachelors in international relations for academic mobility», «formation of academic mobility of future bachelors in international relations» has been specified. Theoretical and methodological principles of professional training of students of the first (bachelor's) level of higher education in technical higher educational institution in terms of formation of academic mobility of future bachelors in international relations were further developed.
