Moskaliuk S. Mechanisms of implementing the state energy policy of Ukraine.

Object of research: state energy policy. Purpose: substantiation of theoretical provisions and development of practical recommendations on directions of improvement of mechanisms of realization of the state energy policy of Ukraine. Methods: system approach, logical-semantic; comparative analysis; system-analytical; logical modeling and design; statistical; observation and theoretical generalization; abstract-logical. Results: theoretically substantiated theoretical positions and directions of improvement of mechanisms of realization of the state energy policy of Ukraine. Novelty: the conceptual bases of the strategy of realization of the state energy policy are substantiated, in which functioning of political-administrative, legislative-normative, financial-economic, social-communication mechanisms is singled out, the strategic purpose, purposes, principles, conditions, stages and levels of realization directed on change are defined. paradigms of national energy development in the context of decarbonization of global energy, combating global climate change, environmental protection, as well as ensuring energy availability and eradicating energy poverty in a global pandemic; improved theoretical and methodological approaches to identify areas for improvement of mechanisms for implementing the state energy policy of Ukraine; ways to transform the state energy policy of Ukraine in the context of European integration and global challenges; theoretical approaches to ways to overcome the green-coal paradox in the energy sector of Ukraine; received further development: categorical-conceptual apparatus of public administration science by clarifying the content of the concepts "state energy policy", "mechanisms for implementing state energy policy"; substantiation of peculiarities of application of mechanisms of realization of the state energy policy by use of logical-analog model; generalization of world trends and systematization of conceptual approaches to the functioning of mechanisms for implementing state energy policy in different countries.
