Bronova Y. Economic and legal support of aircraft construction in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical provisions and practical recommendations for economic and legal support of aircraft construction in Ukraine. The main approaches to the reasons for strengthening the role of clusters in the field of aircraft construction are described; the definition of the concept of aircraft cluster is given. The present condition and tendencies of aircraft construction development in Ukraine are analyzed. The current legislation of Ukraine on economic activity in the field of aircraft construction is analyzed. The comparative-legal characteristic of organizational and economic means of the state support of aircraft construction is carried out. The issue of economic and legal support of industrial policy in Ukraine is studied. The tasks of industrial legal policy in the field of aircraft construction and its legislative support are highlighted. The issue of a special economic and legal regime for stimulating aircraft construction in Ukraine has been finalized
