The dissertation is focused on the analysis Forms of protection of the rights of the rights of business entities members. The dissertation proves that subjective corporate law is the only complex entity, which is divided into separate powers that make up its content. The right to protection is a part of corporate law, which arises in case of violation or non-recognition of the right of a participant in a business entities. It is substantiated that the most acceptable structure of the division of protection of the rights of business entities’ members is the division into jurisdictional and non-jurisdictional form.
