Novoselova V. Building confidence in the judiciary in Ukraine in the context of the rule of law establishment: theoretical and legal principles

The object of research is public relations in the sphere of functioning of the judiciary in Ukraine. The subject of research is the theoretical and legal basis for the formation of confidence in the judiciary in Ukraine in the context of establishing the principle of the rule of law. For the first time: - the nature and content of trust in the judiciary are substantiated, which are determined by the syncretic unity of social, ethical, cultural, historical, psychological, cognitive, legal components. Improved: - the provision that trust in the judiciary is a kind of trust in public authorities, characterized by common and distinctive features, the latter are determined by the fundamental principles of the judiciary and their implementation. Received further development: - provisions on the methodology of research of trust in the judiciary in the context of the rule of law, which, along with philosophical and philosophical approaches, general and special scientific methods and means of knowledge, covers the achievements of philosophy of law, legal anthropology, legal sciences , as well as some provisions of the philosophy of knowledge, social philosophy, psychology, sociology, culturology, political science in terms of the nature and content of the phenomenon of trust.
