KUZMENKO V. Public funding of enterprises’ investment activity in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the complex research of theoretical and practical aspects of public financing of investment activities enterprises. The definition of investment activity of the enterprise is specified in the work, its features are generalized. Scientific approaches, forms and methods of the state are considered financing of investment activity of enterprises. Using the system approach in the study of public financing of investment activities allowed to define its elements and functional blocks, to specify the list functions and principles. The author analyzes the state of financial security investment activity of domestic enterprises. Determined components institutional structure of state financing of investment activities business entities. The methodological substantiation of the limit level is given public financing of capital investment in GDP as a reversal point. Causal relationships between the volume of public investment and basic macroeconomic indicators in Ukraine using a two-step least squares method. The directions of efficiency increase are outlined state financing of investment activities of enterprises. Filed recommendations for improving the tools for the implementation of public-private partnerships in Ukraine. Розроблено методику оцінки бюджетного та соціального ефекту державних інвестицій з використанням соціальної ставки дисконтування. Запропоновано здійснювати багаторівневий відбір інвестиційних проєктів, що реалізуються за державні кошти з використанням методів квантифікації ризику.
