Triasun P. Forensic characteristics and features of the investigation of hooliganism committed in public places.

Taking into account the current criminal procedural legislation the dissertation deals with the complex research of legal, theoretical and organizational-tactical bases of criminalistic maintenance of investigation of the hooliganism committed in public places. The content and connections of the elements of the forensic characteristics, in particular the manner and circumstances of the crime, the subject of criminal encroachment, the perpetrators, the victims and the traces of the crime are examined. The problematic aspects of detection and initiation of pre-trial investigation of criminal proceedings on hooliganism committed in public places are investigated. Typical investigative situations and main directions of investigation are singled out. The peculiarities of tactical and forensic support of investigative (search) actions and covert investigative (search) actions during the investigation of such criminal proceedings are highlighted; the forms of using special knowledge are analyzed.
