DUTKA I. Differentiated Endoscopic Treatment Of Patients With Bleeding Gastric And Duo-denal Ulcers

The research deals with the improvement of results of treatment of patients suf-fering from acute gastric and duodenal ulcer bleeding. By means of comprehensive clinical and experimental studies new mechanisms promoting the development of bleeding relapse have been found and the known mechanisms have been specified. New clinical, laboratory and endoscopic predictors of bleeding relapse are determined, new methods of assessment of hemostasis reliability and endoscopic hemostasis are developed in patients with Forrest IIa,b bleeding stigmata, the scale for the two-stage prognostication of relapsing bleeding development is created, and the volume of pharmacological treatment is specified. The algorithm of therapeutic tactics is sug-gested assuming differential choice of measures depending on the degree of risk caus-ing bleeding relapse.
