Essay

Object - pathogenesis of acute kidney damage; goal - to determine the effect of water load of negative redox potential (-232.0 ± 25.12 mV) on the functional and biochemical processes of the kidneys compared to induced diuresis with ordinary tap water (88.7 ± 18.35 mV) through 2, 24 and 72 h after induction of nephropathy, which corresponds to the development of stages: initial, oliguria and early polyuria of acute renal failure (sulemic nephropathy) under the conditions of hyponatrium diet; methods - pathophysiological, physicochemical, physiological, chemiluminescent, biochemical, statistical; results - it was found that the load of water of negative redox potential (-232.0 ± 25.12 mV) compared with induced diuresis with ordinary tap water (88.7 ± 18.35 mV) in intact rats causes inhibition of glomerular filtration , filtration fraction, absolute and proximal reabsorption of sodium ions and lowering the pH of urine; it is substantiated that the revealed changes are explained by increase in activity of the mechanism of basal tone of vessels of kidneys; established new positive correlations of relative water reabsorption with glomerular filtration, absolute, proximal reabsorption of sodium ions, which indicate significant adaptive changes in glomerular-tubular and tubular-tubular balance; It has been shown that loading of negative redox potential with water causes inhibition of diuresis and relative diuresis in the oliguric stage of sulemic nephropathy 24 h after administration of HgCl2, which is explained by improved reabsorption of sodium ions in the proximal and distal canals; It is established that water loading of negative redox potential at the polyuric stage of sulemic nephropathy due to antioxidant properties causes a decrease in the level of diene conjugates, malonic aldehyde, the degree of edema and damage by the ratio of K + / Na + in the cortical substance of the kidneys. sodium, β-2-microglobulin in the proximal tubules with a decrease in the loss of this cation in the urine by increasing the supply of electrons to the tubules of the kidneys.
