Filonova Y. Protection of rights to other anybody’s property the laws of Ukraine.

The thesis is devoted to the research of the essence and content of legal means of protection of property rights to another's property in the scope of theoretical and practical problems of current Civil law regulation; formulation of theoretical provisions and proposals for improving the existing civilian legislation of Ukraine taking into account the consistent of generalization and comparison norms of domestic and foreign legislation regulation in the field of protection of property rights of another's property, as well as the development of scientific conclusions. Peculiarities of application of methods of protection of property rights are investigated on another's property and the peculiarities of the ratio of variable methods of protection property rights to another's property, specify the features of the relationship and interdependence between property law and obligation law ways to protect the rights to another's property. Special attention is paid to the work analysis of the institution of possession as a type of property law and its specifics protection.
