The study is devoted the optimization of early diagnostics of atherosclerotic predictive markers based on examination of plasma levels of IL-22, apolipoprotein B (Apo B), fasting and postprandial lipid profile, structural and functional parameters of heart and carotid arteries i hypertensive patients with obesity. It has been revealed that plasma level IL-22 was significantly higher in hypertensive patients with overweight and obesity as compare with patients with normal weight and healthy persons. Level IL-22 in hypertensive patients with abdominal obesity was significantly higher in hypertensive patient without abdominal obesity and persons of control group. In hypertensive patients have been found the fasting dyslipidaemias: hypercholesterolaemia in - 37,9%, hypertpygliceridaemia -10,3%, increased level of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol - 27,6%. According to postprandial examination have revealed dyslipidaemias: hypercholesterolaemia in 38,9%, patients, hypertpygliceridaemia in 70 % patients, increased level of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in 36,4% patients. The maximal level of IL-22 - 30,25(28,64;40,05) pg/ml was in hypertensive patients with obesity related to unfavourable lipid profile - increasing of pro atherogenic fractions (total cholesterol - 6,3 (5,5;7,2) mmol/l; triglyceride - 2,1 (1,9;2,5) mmol/l, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol - 4,1 (3,5; 4,9) mmol/l) and decreasing of antiatherogenic fractions (high-density lipoprotein cholesterol - - 1,09 (0,87; 1,3) mmol/l) as compare with hypertensive patients with normal weight and healthy persons. In hypertensive patients with overweight the correlation between IL-22 and LVMM (R=0,4305; p<0,040), in hypertensive patients with obesity between IL-22 and LVPWT (R=0,4496; p<0,028), LVММ (R=0,5091; p<0,011) та LVMMIh2,7 (R=0,4329; p<0,035). Claster analysis have been shown the significant relationship between distribution of IL-22 levels and ApoB, structural disorders of the carotid arteries, formation of concentric hypertrophy and concentric remodeling of the carotid arteries in hypertensive patients with highest levels of interleukemias and cholesterolmias.
