Object of research: processes of management of innovative development of construction enterprises on the basis of system-functional approach. Purpose: development of new and improvement of existing theoretical and methodological provisions and practical recommendations for the management of innovative development of construction enterprises on the basis of a system-functional approach. Methods: concretization, generalization, formalization, systematization, induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, expert assessments, including questionnaires, index, economic-mathematical modeling, morphological analysis, tools of discrete mathematics. Novelty: for the first time the model for regulating the effectiveness of application of the system-functional approach in the management of innovative development of construction enterprises has been developed; the mechanism of monitoring the economic efficiency for application of the system-functional approach in the management of innovative development of construction enterprises, the method of forecasting the economic efficiency for application of the system-functional approach in the management of innovative development of construction enterprises have been improved. Scope: in the activities of LLC "Galicia" (model of regulating the effectiveness of the system-functional approach in the management of innovative development of construction enterprises; mechanism for monitoring the economic efficiency of the system-functional approach for application in the management of innovative development of construction enterprises; method of forecasting economic efficiency for application of the system-functional approach in the management of innovative development of construction companies, the method of assessing the innovative development of construction companies), in research as a basis for further research into existing problems in managing the development of business structures based on e-commerce technologies, in the educational process during preparation of textbooks, teaching aids, as well as in the teaching of disciplines "Business Planning", "Business Economics", "Economic Analysis", "Business Analysis", "Marketing" and "Personnel Management".
