Essay

Scientific relevance of the use of processes of charismatic churches institutionalization methodology "case studies" (method of situational analysis) in religious research as general interdisciplinary research approach, allowing to educe the specific of processes of institutionalization of charismatic movement in Ukraine, to distinguish the authentic features of theology and social doctrine of charismatic people, formed in parallel with the organizational establishment of charismatic churches was grounded. Authorial periodization of the history of Ukrainian charismatic movement is offered. It is expedient to divide it into three periods: "revivalist", "missionary" and "institutionalizational". Theological conceptions of charismatic movement are considered. It is educed that in the process of forming of the charismatic movement theology, the emphasis from the Spiritual Gifts theology is displaced on the practical divinity which predetermines the organizational structure of the "New generation". Charismatic people consider both church and outdoor activities as service to God, in particular, rehabilitation of people with loss of social skills is not only the specific form of evangelistic activity of charismatic movement but also a replacement pool of the churches with believers not due to proselytism, but due to bringing in the "problem" groups of population, who later integrate into society. A religious practice of the "New generation" believers, is considered. It specifies theologically reasonable (conception of social Gospel) public activity as from of evangelistic work. It predetermines high public and social activity of charismatic movement, comparing to analogical activity of other Christian flows that have greater possibilities and historical preferences for this purpose in Ukraine. Forms and methods of social work of charismatic churches are reflected. It is well-proven that now theological conceptualization of this direction of charismatic evangelization that must result in formalization of social doctrine of charismatic churches in a doctrine document.
