Essay

The object of research is the process of switching discrete-periodic signals. The subject of research is the process of synchronization of an arbitrary number of previously unsynchronized discrete-periodic signals in order to switch them. Research methods. bench research, comparative analysis of a set of variants, mathematical and computer modeling of systems, theory of queuing, theory of automata, theory of probabilities. To assess the adequacy of the proposed solutions used mathematical modeling and simulation methods based on software solutions. Theoretical and practical results: for the first time a method of minimizing the number of shared memory buffers for synchronization in multi-user mode; for the first time the method of estimation of average time of delay of the beginning of synchronization at the multiuser switching scheme is offered; for the first time a method of selective multi-user automated synchronization of an arbitrary number of pre-synchronized discrete-periodic signals taking into account the probabilistic estimation of user choice is proposed; For the first time, a method of aggregation and subsequent switching of multi-format signals, signals with different characteristics of packets, as well as compressed signals is proposed. The results can be used in various areas of modern television production due to a significant reduction in the cost of servicing a significant number of signals in large areas, as well as to introduce new methods of training cameramen and directors of live broadcasts.
