Shapravskyi T. Administrative and legal regulation of land protection and usage in Ukraine

The dissertation deals with the complex analysis of administrative and legal regulation of land protection and usage in Ukraine. The system of administrative and legal regulation of legal relations in the land sphere and its historical development is considered. It is proved that the system of administrative and legal regulation of legal relations in the land sector covers a number of administrative and legal norms contained in the current laws of Ukraine and relevant by-laws, with this regards, its formation is not always systematic and closely related with the formation of the system of legislation in the field of land relations in general. The specific legislative proposals have been developed, including the draft Law of Ukraine «On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Improving Administrative and Legal Regulation of Land Protection and Use».
