Today, the issues of improving the health care system, finding mechanisms for public administration to ensure the use of capacity, introduction of innovative tools and effective public administration decisions to improve public health, prevention of disease manifestations and spreading, increasing life expectancy, heredity improvement etc. are being actualized. Therefore, public-private partnership projects determine the change in the role of the state both in terms of content and format. The state is moving from the institution of regulation of economic and social processes in the society to the role of a full-fledged business partner in the field of health care, and this role of the state is not profoundly studied and requires more in-depth research of its functions and functional role. The purpose of the thesis is to substantiate the theoretical provisions and improve the mechanism of public-private partnership in the field of health care. The object of research is the process of implementation of public-private partnership projects in the system of public administration in the field of health care.
