The dissertation is devoted to the complex research of protection of the natural environment and ecological rights by courts of administrative jurisdiction. The essence of the right to a safe natural environment as an object of protection in administrative proceedings is revealed. International and European standards for ensuring the settlement of disputes in the field of environmental protection and environmental rights are described. Peculiarities of consideration and settlement of disputes arising in legal relations in the field of air protection are revealed. Judicial practice in cases of disputes arising in the relationship of conservation, use and reproduction of water resources is described. Peculiarities and results of judicial practice in cases arising in the field of protection, reproduction and rational use of forest resources and flora are determined. The case law on disputes arising in relations related to the generation, sorting, transportation, storage, disposal, removal, disposal and disposal of waste is described. The results of judicial practice in disputes arising in relations in the field of protection, use and reproduction of wildlife are considered. The case law of the European Court of Human Rights - the connection between the environment and human rights - is described. The directions of optimization of protection of the right to safe natural environment in the order of administrative proceedings are defined.
