Verheles O. The improvement of scheme of stimulation of donor cow’s superovulation by biologically active substances.

Dissertation work is devoted to improvement of hormone preparation schemes of donor cows’ embryos by finding and development of biologically active medication, which gives the opportunity to increase the output of suitable embryos without additional using of hormonal medications in the schemes of superovulation. The efficiency of using of developed metabolic type of medication based on amber salt and glutamic acid Stimulin -Vet is justified theoretically and experimentally. It’s confirmed by objective criteriums of biotechnical and biochemical researches. Scientific novelty of development is confirmed by the patent for the invention «Preparation for induce of ovulation and method of cattle’s embryos obtaining for transplantation with the help of it» (91772 Ukraine, MOK A61K31/194, 2010). Dissertation thesis have been done in the laboratory of animal biotechnology, which belongs to department of animal breeding and genetics in National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine and on the base on separated subdivision of NULES of Ukraine Muzychenko Velykosnitnyzke education and research farm, separated subdivision of NULES of Ukraine Education and Research Farm «Vorzel», open joint-stock company «Puscha Vodytsya» Kyiv-Svyatoshyn district of Kyiv region.
