Vakolyuk A. Value-based management of the activities of enterprisesstakeholders in construction

The toolkit for administering projects in construction based on value-based management has been developed and substantiated. Unlike other approaches to enterprise management, in this study, the priorities of the management and administration system for enterprises of the type under study are determined, adjusted and achieved through the determinants of strategic benchmarks on the basis of the integral indicator "achievement of the values of the ESC", which, within a certain strategically operational lag, correlates with the corresponding subsystems for increasing the competitiveness of the ESC as an executor of construction projects. The scientific and methodological results of the research are embodied in the complex of programs "Applied subsystems of value-oriented administration of construction enterprises". The subsystems of the program complex provide economic and management support and graphical and analytical visualization of the implementation cycle (from the current coordinate of the integral indicator to its strategically expected value) of the economic and management program for the dynamic development of a construction enterprise in the format of value-oriented management.
