Essay

The results of diagnosis and treatment of 101 patients with adrenal tumors are analyzed. Study group – 49 patients who from 2016 to 2019 24 hours before laparoscopic adrenalectomy were performed X-ray endovascular selective electrocoagulation occlusion of veins and adrenal arteries; comparison group – which included 52 patients who from 2008 to 2018 underwent only laparoscopic adrenalectomy with traditional preoperative preparation. It is established that our proposed method improved preoperative preparation can not only reduce hormones levels and normalize it in 66.7% cases, indicating that effective inhibition of tumor hormonal activity. The use of X-ray endovascular selective electrocoagulation occlusion of the veins and arteries of the adrenal gland before surgery provides stability of hemodynamics in the intraoperative period, reduces the need for vasopressor drugs and reduces the length of the patient's stay in the intensive care unit and hospital. Developed surgical technology in the complex surgical treatment of adrenal tumors reduces the risk of bleeding during laparoscopic adrenalectomy by 2,7 times and reduces the incidence of complications in the perioperative period by 5 times.
