Klymenko O. Development of system of state regulation of non-banking services markets in Ukraine

The thesis substantiates the theoretical and methodological foundations and practical suggestions for the further development of the system and improving the mechanisms of state regulation of non-banking financial services markets in Ukraine, in particular the insurance market. A complex of views, ideas, ideas aimed at developing the theoretical foundations and clarifying the concept of the system and mechanisms of state regulation of non-banking financial services markets is formulated. Scientific provisions are substantiated, the totality of which can be qualified as a new idea about the presence of direct and inverse connections between links of different levels in the system of regulation of non-banking services markets and, in particular, the insurance market. The targets of state policy to improve the mechanisms of state regulation of the insurance market in the direction of increasing the efficiency of its activities are determined. The features and patterns of development of non-banking financial services markets in Ukraine over the past fifteen years have been identified. The concept of “sustainability” and “stability” is formulated in relation to non-banking financial services markets, as well as the concept of “transport delay” of the insurance market response to changes in the financial and economic situation of the state. The stability of the functioning of the non-banking financial services markets directly depends on the state’s GDP, the hryvnia against the dollar, average wages and pensions.
