In the thesis work, the problem of the formation of readiness of future managers for professional activities in the educational process in a higher education institution is investigated, and the new approach to its decision consists of an introduction of pedagogical conditions of the formation of the specified competence is offered. Theoretical bases of formation of readiness of future managers for professional activities in a process of studying in a higher education institution are investigated and the essence, structure and criteria of the specified readiness are substantiated. The author’s definition of the concept „readiness of the future manager for professional activity” as a complex, integrative, dynamic personality formation, containing creative acquisition of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of management activities and focus on its successful implementation; activation of one's own personal potential in the process of development and self-development, a set of knowledge, skills, and abilities of effective interaction with other people and management of them. The components of the future manager's readiness for professional activity are highlighted: the value-motivational component is a set of stable values, motives, goals, and beliefs that determine their focus on successful professional activities; the cognitive-activity component characterizes the integration of professional, economic, mathematical, legal, socio-humanitarian and psychological knowledge and their creative application in practice; the personality component characterizes the presence of professionally important qualities, leadership potential, emotional intelligence, and their self-improvement through self-control, self-regulation, and self-development; the communicative component is a set of knowledge, skills, and abilities of role interaction in the process of managerial relations. It is also the development of communicative and organizational tendencies and ability to effectively communicate with other people and manage them.
