Platonova I. Development of mechanisms of state regulation of foreign economic activity in Ukraine.

Object of research: foreign economic activity in Ukraine. Purpose: scientific substantiation of theoretical principles and practical proposals for improving the mechanisms of state regulation of foreign economic activity. Methods: dialectical and formal logic, grouping, comparison and synthesis, statistical, observation and analogy, synthesis and scientific abstraction. graphic and tabular methods. Results: theoretically generalized and solved the scientific task of substantiating the theoretical foundations, development of scientific and practical recommendations for improving the mechanisms of state regulation of foreign economic activity in Ukraine. Novelty: the tools for the implementation of mechanisms of state regulation of foreign economic activity are substantiated through: approval of reasonable, comprehensive, national, regional and local programs of institutional and legal support of foreign economic activity; implementation of a national comprehensive strategy to improve the mechanisms of state regulation of foreign economic activity, a strategy to increase the competitiveness and economic development of subregions, a national strategy for institutional and legal support of foreign economic activity; development of conceptual provisions; the approach to formation of modern normative-legal maintenance of mechanisms of state regulation of foreign economic activity is improved; mechanism of institutional and organizational support of the process of realization of state regulation of foreign economic activity; approaches to the classification of the existing system of principles of state regulation of foreign economic activity in the conditions of deepening European integration processes were further developed; conceptual and categorical apparatus of the theory of public administration by clarifying the meaning of the concept "mechanisms of state regulation of foreign economic activity".
