Kakaulina L. Constitutional and legal provision of application procedure and protection of state symbols of Ukraine

The present thesis paper is devoted to scientific research and coverage of the theoretical and practical foundations of the constitutional and legal regulations of use and protection of state symbols Ukraine. The experience of foreign countries in the area of legal support and use of state symbols, as well as practice of use of symbols of international organizations, is analyzed and it is noted that the use of this experience will contribute to further development national legislation in the field of study. The features of the procedure for use and protection of state symbols of Ukraine are defined and it was concluded that there is a need to improve constitutional and legal regulation of procedure of use and protection of state symbols of Ukraine, the relevant proposals for the formation of a legislative basis is presented. Constitutional and legal support for the use and protection of state symbols of Ukraine is a set of legal means and methods used by public authorities to regulate the rule of law on public relations in the field of state symbols. For the reason that among many functions and tasks performed in society and state by its official symbols, an important role is played by their involvement in the promotion of our country in the world in order to form a positive perception and respect for Ukraine, as well as in combating information aggression.
