Bilan A. Transactions that violate the interests of the state and society, its moral foundations in the civil legislation of Ukraine

The thesis research articulates theoretical provisions and scientifically grounds practical recommendations for solving the existing problems in the civil legislation of Ukraine of interpretation and legal enforcement by the subjects of civil law relations of the categories "interests of the state and society" and "moral foundations of society" in the context of invalidity of the transactions (Part 1 of Art. 203 of the Civil Code of Ukraine). The civil law categories “interests of the state and society" and "moral foundations of society", their interpretation, legal enforcement, and dynamics of development in the European and national civil legislation are investigated. The content and purpose of consolidating the above categories in the continental civil codifications are established and their conceptual definition is given.
