Essay

The study is based on the results of a comprehensive survey of 120 women at risk of preterm birth in the last trimester of pregnancy and during the year after childbirth and 30 women with a normal pregnancy – a total of 150 people. High levels of the average value of reactive anxiety and personal anxiety in women at risk of preterm birth in the third trimester of pregnancy and after childbirth. The personality profile of women at risk of preterm birth in the third trimester of pregnancy according to G. Shmyshek is characterized by the following types of accentuations: emotional (35.0%), cyclothymic (20.83%) and anxious (19.17%), less often – hyperthymic (17.5%), demonstrative (14.17%), exalted (13.33%), pedantic (11.67%), in isolated cases – excitable (4.17%), stuck (2.5%) and dysthymic (0.83%). In women with the threat of premature birth in the last trimester in 20.8% the euphoric type of attitude prevails, in 9.2% - optimal, hyponognostic - 4.2%, depressive type of attitude to pregnancy occurs in 3.3%, anxious – 2.5%, no type is established – 60.0%. It was found that in the main group of women at all stages of the survey is dominated by disorientation (41-46 cases), somewhat less dependent type (35-36), autonomous (23-29), and much less - avoidance of intimacy (14-16). A decrease in the level of social support in the main group compared to the comparison group was found at all stages of the survey. In both observation groups, there was a decrease in the level of social support on two scales - "support of colleagues at work" and "support of public organizations". Assessment of psychomotor development in children showed a tendency for its indicators to lag behind in children of mothers with impaired attachment, compared with infants of women with a sufficient level of attachment (p <0.05). The types of interaction in the "mother-child-father" triad at the threat of premature birth in the last trimester of pregnancy and after childbirth have been studied. Based on the identified patterns, the effectiveness of medical and psychological support of women at risk of preterm birth in the third trimester of pregnancy and after childbirth was developed, implemented and evaluated, which allowed to normalize the psychological state of women (67.8%) and harmonize the «mother-child-father» triad.
