Essay

Object - the course of the early period of traumatic disease with blunt trauma of the abdominal cavity, complicated by massive blood loss, against the background of ischemia-reperfusion of the limb; the aim is to find out in the dynamics the influence of limb ischemia-reperfusion on the development of acute lung lesions under conditions of blunt trauma of the abdominal organs, complicated by massive blood loss; methods - experimental, biochemical, morphological, mathematical and statistical; results - it is proved that ischemia-reperfusion of extremities causes long-term changes in the prooxidant-antioxidant system in lung tissue and during the first three days the activity of its manifestations is actually similar to the results of modeling blunt trauma of the abdominal cavity complicated by massive blood loss; It has been established that ischemia-reperfusion of the extremities causes an increase in the content of TBA-active products of LPO, diene conjugates and indicators of endogenous intoxication in the muscle tissue of the hind limbs and lungs, and these changes are directly correlated; it is proved that ischemia-reperfusion of the limb has a potentiating effect in a group of animals with a combination of the above injuries, morphological changes reach their maximum 3 days after the traumatic period of the simulated injury.
