Essay

Object - gastric adenocarcinoma; goal - to elucidate the pathophysiological patterns of inflammation in patients with gastric adenocarcinoma under the influence of microsatellite instability; methods - pathophysiological, molecular-biological, immunohistochemical, immunological, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, biochemical, spectrophotometric, phosphorescent, microbiological, mathematical; results - revealed pathophysiological patterns of influence of cryoglobulins on the development of gastric adenocarcinoma; the state of inflammatory response in vitro and in vivo is found out; the molecular and biological characteristics of tumor tissue in vitro revealed the presence of microsatellite instability in the loci of BAT-25, BAT-26, which is a tumor suppressor; in biopsies of the gastric mucosa identified abnormal methylation of three genes: MLH1, N33 and DAPK; diagnostic criteria for predicting the possible development of generalization of the tumor process are proposed.
