Grygorska O. Financial policy of Ukraine in the field of public and private partnership.

In the dissertation work, the theoretical foundations, scientific and methodological approaches to the realization of the state financial policy in the field of public and private partnership are developed. Types of financial policy of the state are systematized by the allocation of classification features. Special attention is paid to the mechanism of financial policy implementation in the field of PPP. The scientific and methodological approach to determining the investment priority of PPP projects on the basis of a matrix method of expert evaluation of investment alternatives are improved. It is proposed to create a specialized project finance institution in order to standardize projects, facilitate their refinancing processes, form individual portfolios and further securitize. Methods for assessing PPP effectiveness including financial, public, environmental, infrastructure, innovation efficiency have been developed.
