This dissertation study comprehensively examined the formation and transformation of the features of legal regulation of relations in the field of banking during the period of Ukrainian territories in the Russian Empire. The system of banking and other credit and financial institutions that existed in the Ukrainian territories during the study period in their historical and legal understanding is comprehensively described. The specifics of the formation and regulatory regulation of the entire set of banking operations and their significance in the state financial and economic policy are determined depending on the chronological framework.
