Essay

The actual scientific and practical problem of developing measures and tools to reduce the occupational risks of "Open space" office workers in the dissertation was solved. In the dissertation was analyzed the features of occupational safety management in modern conditions and summarized scientific and practical research on measures aimed at reducing the professional risks of "Open space" offices employees. It is established that insufficient attention is paid to working conditions in the workplace of office workers, the main and important for office workers are such factors of the production environment as microclimate, noise, infection, psychological and ergonomic factors. The results of the study showed insufficient attention to the use of collective and individual health protection of employees in "Open space" offices. It is determined that in these premises it is possible to significantly improve working conditions by using partitions and zoning of the working space. But irrational and unreasonable use of partitions can not only not improve working conditions but also lead to their deterioration (in terms of air quality, lighting, noise, etc.). Therefore, it is actual to develop a scientific basis for decision-making on zoning, rational use and choice of partitions type. In the work was investigated the influence of temperature indicators on working conditions in offices of the "Open space" type, the influence of noise and ergonomic factors on the occupational risks of working in offices. According to the results of the study, mathematical models were obtained that establish the relationship between temperature, noise propagation from the degree of overlap of space by height (50%, 75%, 100%) of different building materials in the zoning of open spaces by partitions. This will allow a reasonable approach to the choice of the partitions type based on the specified conditions for offices. It is established that the reduction of occupational risk levels for workers, which work in "Open space" offices can be achieved by implementing a risk-oriented approach in the labor protection management system. Methodological approaches for integrating ROA methods and measures with the products of the old labor protection management system are proposed, which will simplify the ROA implementation. The conceptual principles of occupational risk management in the premises of the "Open space" type on the example of NTU "KhPI": the structure of the management system, the distribution of functions of the components of the labor protection management system NTU "KhPI" in risk management, algorithm for the introduction of ROP in the labor protection management system of institution of higher education has been developed, tasks for units and department of labor protection have been defined. Risk map forms have been developed and the content of the occupational safety instructions for office workers have been improved.
