The technological processes of production radiation-resistant scintillation elements based on composite scintillators containing YSO:Ce or YAGG:Ce granules for different values of radiation loads for cases when the photodetector is taken out of radiation load zones and when the photodetector is directly connected to the scintillation element were developed. Technological processes of creation of radiation-resistant scintillation detectors of large area on the basis of scintillation elements from composite or plastic scintillators were developed. Prototypes of large-area scintillation detectors were developed. The radiation resistance and scintillation characteristics of prototypes correspond to the conditions of modern experiments of high-energy physics
