Essay

The dissertation is devoted to deepening of theoretical and methodical bases and substantiation of communication processes concerning improvement of management of communications in the enterprises. The paper reveals the essential characteristics, components and tasks of communication management in enterprises and forms a model of choice of communication channels of enterprises, where describing different types of channels can be stated that the characteristics of communication channels are different and affect the effectiveness of tasks and building a quality system of communications management in enterprises. Based on the results of consideration of communication channels, methodical approaches to diagnostics of enterprise communication channels are formed, the model of enterprise communication channels selection is described and aspects in which it is proposed to distinguish communication channels by assessing the effectiveness of contextual information direction of communication at a fairly high level of growth in the quality of transmitted communication data. The main trends of communications management in enterprises are identified. Their importance, expediency and solution of important tasks for the enterprise to achieve high quality and efficiency of communication process management in telecommunications enterprises due to equal access to information resources, opportunities for seamless and effective communication management forming optimal conditions for successful decision-making, conflict resolution and joint work of employees are highlighted. The newest Ukrainian telecommunication enterprises are a platform of world scale is proved in this paper. Ukrainian enterprises, or more precisely representative offices in Ukraine, are an attractive place to place various types of communication orders in the IT services industry. It is observed that the main performance indicators of PJSC "Kyivstar", PJSC "VF-Ukraine", LLC "Lifecell", LLC "Intertelecom" for the studied periods from 2016-2019 became more profitable, this is due to lower tariffs for mobile communication services, which made them available to individual subscribers and not just to business units. Also, starting from 2009, the mobile market begins to grow, the volume of services provided in UAH million for 10 years increased by UAH 10,266.7 million (56%), mainly due to an increase in the duration of calls due to flexible tariff and marketing policies of operators and the introduction of additional services.
