Bogdanova S. Constitutional-legal bases of interaction between the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the Constitutional Court of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to a comprehensive and thorough analysis of the problems of constitutional and legal principles of interaction between the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the Constitutional Court of Ukraine. The essence of the interaction between the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the Constitutional Court of Ukraine is explained in the paper, and its characteristics are characterized. The legal facts that influence the content of such interaction are investigated. The specifics of the constitutional and legal regulation of the interaction between the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the Constitutional Court of Ukraine are outlined, as well as the peculiarities of implementation of this interaction. The role of the representative of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in the Constitutional Court of Ukraine in the interaction process is analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the study of foreign experience of legal regulation of interaction between parliaments and bodies of constitutional jurisdiction and the possibilities of its use in Ukraine. The list of directions of improvement of the constitutional and legal regulation of interaction between the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the Constitutional Court of Ukraine taking into account the constitutional and judicial reform in Ukraine is presented.
