Object: The process of formation of organizational and economic support for environmental incentives for energy conservation at the level of final energy consumption. Purpose: Development of theoretical provisions and practical recommendations for the formation of organizational and economic support for environmental incentives for energy conservation in the field of entrepreneurship Research methods: methods of formal logic; methods of statistical and economic analysis; classification method; method of real options; SWOT analysis; methods of logical generalization, synthesis, analysis and comparison. Theoretical and practical results: Theoretical and methodological provisions, conclusions and recommendations set out in the work can be applied in the implementation of the Energy Strategy of Ukraine until 2035 in the direction of environmental incentives for energy saving activities at the state, regional, local levels of management. These include: the conceptual and categorical apparatus of environmental incentives for energy conservation, a methodological approach to assessing the economic efficiency of energy-saving innovations based on the method of real options, a conceptual approach to the formation of an organizational and economic mechanism for environmental incentives for energy conservation in entrepreneurship, a system of investment instruments for environmental incentives for energy conservation at the final level. consumption. Scientific novelty: substantiation and improvement of theoretical foundations and development of guidelines for organizational and economic support of environmental incentives for energy conservation in the field of small and medium-sized businesses.
