The dissertation is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of port management and approaches of port management. There was developed an evolutionary model of the impact of global workforce’s changes on port’s productivity. The factors that cause the need to implement aspects of international human resources management have been identified. Benefits of the implementation of international human resources management were empirically confirmed. Indicators that affect the behavior of human resources in the process of implementation of methods of management of international human resources have been established. The assessment of possible complications was carried out when using them in port’s practice. Theoretical models of human resources management have been systematized. The thematic branch of the subject of international human resources management has been defined. The meaningful content of the category of management of international human resources has been clarified. The peculiarities of the use of international human resources management have been determined. Groups of external environmental factors, organizational components, and port performance indicators were highlighted. The need for stability of the existing human resource management system of the port has been proven. The use of the general index of stability of the human resource management system was proposed. An approach to assessing the level of stability of the port human resource management system has been created. The model illustrates the relationship between the main components of strategic management of international human resources.
