Essay

The dissertation considers the problem of calculating a complex gas transmission system, which contains a number of gas pipelines that form a linear part, and a number of compressor stations, which together represent series-connected and parallel-connected and the characteristics of which depend on the capacity. To calculate and construct the characteristics of the linear part, a method of equivalent diameter of the gas transmission system of arbitrary complexity is proposed, which is determined using a system of recurrent equations. These equations are presented in analytical form by the characteristics of linear sections and compressor stations. The mathematical model for forecasting and optimization of stationary modes is based on use of characteristics of linear sites and compressor stations. By excluding intermediate pressures, a dependence is obtained to determine the performance of the system. The model also includes pressure limits. As a result of the implementation of the model, the possibility of regulating the performance of the gas transmission system by excluding individual compressor stations from the operating mode is shown. The degree of influence of CS operation parameters on the system operation mode is established. The proposed mathematical model is recommended for use in forecasting the operation of the gas transmission system in combination with underground gas storage.
