Essay

The dissertation provides a theoretical substantiation and a practical solution to the problem of developing psychological competence as a component of the professional activity of employees of regional methodological offices in postgraduate education. The features of the development of psychological competence of employees of district methodological offices in postgraduate education are determined. An insufficient level of both components and the general level of development of psychological competence of employees of district methodical offices as a whole was established. According to the results of analysis of variance, gender-age and organizational-professional features of psychological competence of employees of district methodical offices in postgraduate education were revealed. It is shown that the solution of these problems is possible in postgraduate education as a result of specially organized training aimed at developing the psychological competence of employees of RMO, which is carried out through a number of stages (preparatory, diagnostic, developmental, prognostic). The program of development of psychological competence of employees of district methodical offices in postgraduate education is substantiated and tested, the efficiency of its use in the conditions of postgraduate education (advanced training) is proved.
