Korolenko M. Formation of natural resource potential for sustainable development of territorial communities

The dissertation is devoted to the research of theoretical and applied approaches of formation of natural resource potential of sustainable development of territorial communities in particular through the prism of decentralization processes, new reality of economic multi-aspect of ecologically sustainable and comprehensive development. The paper examines the definitions of the categorical apparatus related to economic problems of macroeconomic and regional levels of nature management, environmental protection and environmental security in the implementation of the UN Sustainable Development Goals by 2030 and the growing role of financial institutions in economic incentives. Theoretical positions concerning a new genotype of regulatory institutional rises of modern problems of management of natural resource sector and models of sustainable development of territorial communities are substantiated. The system of criterion measures of efficiency of architectonics of regulatory maintenance of sustainable development of rural territorial communities is offered.
