Semenova H. Kemalism and Neo-Ottomanism in the Foreign Policy of the Republic of Turkey.

The dissertation is devoted to the study of the influence of the ideological factor on the planning and implementation of the foreign policy of the Republic of Turkey. The sources of formation and conceptual bases of the ideology of Kemalism are considered in the work. It is noted that today Turkey is at a key point in its development - when the basic tenets of Kemalist ideology were effectively dismantled, and classical neo-Ottomanism did not bring Turkish rule success in the international arena. Under these conditions, the foreign policy of the state acquires a new meaning under the influence of the phenomenon of "Erdoganism" - a specific system of public administration formed around President R.T. Erdogan.
