The dissertation presents a new solution to the current problem of modern occupational medicine and medicine in general - predicting the occurrence of cerebrovascular diseases in patients with vibration disease from whole body vibration. The etiological share of whole body vibration in the development of cerebrovascular diseases in patients with vibration disease has been established. A set of probable factors and multiplier for the construction of prognostic model of their development and course is determined. Scientifically substantiated and proposed: a method for determining the individual risk of cerebrovascular disease in patients with vibration disease from whole body vibration in the postcontact period, based on determining the symmetry between cardio-hemodynamic and structural-metabolic reserves of adaptation; scheme of prevention of cerebrovascular diseases with determination of criteria of its necessity on the basis of use of the above-stated method. The effectiveness of the implementation of an improved system of medical and preventive measures for vibration disease from whole body vibration in the post-contact period, aimed at maintaining the health of patients
