Verenikin O. Improvement of technologies of production of ecologically clean detergents

The dissertation is a complex methodological and practical research on the development of innovative recipes for environmentally friendly detergents and improvement of production technologies. In the dissertation research a number of actual theoretical and practical problems are solved. An analysis of the current state of development of detergents, as well as the impact on the environment of their components, developed a multifaceted method of testing the environmental and functional acceptability of detergents and created a working model for assessing the compliance of detergents with standards. The practical result of this was the development of a new standard SOU OEM 08.002.12.065:2016 "Detergents and cleaners. Environmental criteria for life cycle assessment". As part of the experimental part of the study, a promising recipe for environmentally friendly detergent (washing powder) was developed, which meets the new standards of domestic and international certification, including the newly created SOU. As a result of ecological and toxicological studies of the impact of innovative detergent by biotesting, it is proved that in aquatic environments the developed ecologically clean detergent has minimal impact on aquatic organisms when entering aquatic ecosystems in comparison with other phosphate-free and phosphate agents. The control system and technical documentation have been improved by developing TU U 24.1-36385435-001: 2011 (Change 3: 2021) for the industrial production of newly created environmentally friendly washing powder. In accordance with the above technical specifications, a current project for the organization of resource-saving production of detergents LLC "De La Marc", which produces the developed environmentally friendly detergent under the trademark "Royal Powder", was designed, developed and implemented. On the basis of a sociological survey, analysis of the market of ecological goods in Western Europe and Ukraine, socio-economic trends in the introduction of environmentally friendly goods on the market of Ukraine and the growth of domestic demand for eco-goods.
