The dissertation presents conceptual principles, theoretical substantiation, and practical recommendations for the formation, implementation, and use of a managing strategic stability mechanism integrated into the enterprise's general management's contours. The classification of strategic stability in the context of the enterprise management system requirements has been presented. The list of enterprise strategic stability properties has been defined. The author's understanding of strategic stability has been determined based on the proposed semantic core of the strategic stability concept. The correlation between operational and strategic stability has been presented by using the system dynamics methodology. A hierarchical approach to ensuring the enterprise's strategic stability has been implemented. The differences between the operational and strategic stability control have been reflected. The dissertation research hypotheses system has been formulated. These hypotheses have been transformed into a set of theoretical positions to support the strategic stability. Each hypothesis formulation is based on a set of economic laws. The theoretical provisions are placed under the principles of their implementation. The principles of «architecture sustainability» and «synergy deployment over time» have been proposed. The ontological and explainable basis for enterprises’ strategic stability management has been formed. An assessment of the business environment changes impact on maintaining the enterprise strategic stability has been committed. A methodical approach to establishing the enterprises’ organizational capabilities adequacy and assessing its strategic stability support potential has been developed. The author's proposal difference has laid in making the indicators system based on separating the conditions for strategic sustainability achieving and manifestation. The final recommendations for the control mechanism about bifurcation point passing trajectory have been determined by applying the parametric method. The enterprise strategic stability management mechanism have been developed. The list of this mechanism elements has been defined. An element pairwise comparison matrix has been developed to reveal the logic of ensuring the consistency of these mechanism elements. The mechanism elements facet classification and matrix «type of stability on the time basis – stability forms – economic conditions » has been offered. This matrix made it possible to distinguish management influences between the strategic stability management and the general management mechanism. The adaptive management theory has been used as the basis for strategic stability management. It has been offered to consider the strategic resilience criterion as the main adapter. A combination of adaptive and reflexive control contours has been proposed. A methodical approach to the strategy map development and increase the enterprise's strategic position's stability has been proposed. Strategic process has been focused on fixing promising parameters of interaction with consumers and on achieving consistency between the enterprise place in the value chain and its activities practices. The strategic process is based on modified Wardley strategic maps. It has been proved that the enterprise could achieve the strategic stability state only in case of mapping the enterprise organizational capabilities evolution directions on the consumer's value. Strategy development has been associated with a strategic awareness state. Achieving this state has been presented as one of the conditions for maintaining strategic sustainability. The technology for strategically stable business processes architecture formation has been substantiated. The logic of business processes adaptive architecture deployment has been determined. This logic provides the dynamic correlation maintaining between the enterprise sustainability and resource potential. A guiding influences system on the business process stability regulating has been developed. The information and analytical support for the business processes sustainability management has been justified.
