Essay

The viability of sperm is greatest in the case of its dilution to a concentration of 0.1 billion/l. It was found that urea, as an additional component of the environment (0.63-2.5 mg/ml) has a positive effect on the viability of boar sperm when incubated outside the body at a temperature of + 38°C and can be used as an improver for sperm. As a result of a study to study the mechanism of penetration of sperm through the egg shell, it was hypothesized that the egg is actively involved in the process of fertilization, promoting the involvement of sperm in the ooplasm, transformed follicular cell processes.
