Essay

The dissertation is devoted to solving a topical scientific problem related to the need to develop methods and models for optimizing the interaction of Air Navigation System (ANS) operators – pilot and air traffic controller – in the process of collaborative decision making (CDM) in flight emergencies (FE). The scientific novelty of the obtained results of the dissertation is as follows: for the first time: deterministic, stochastic and non-stochastic CDM models by the pilot and air traffic controller in FE were obtained; the method and model of optimization of CDM strategies by the pilot and the air traffic controller in FE in a conflict situation are offered; the method and model of intelligent data processing for risk assessing of CDM by the pilot and air traffic controller in FE based on an artificial neural network are developed; were improved: CDM methods by ANS operators in conditions of certainty, risk and non-stochastic uncertainty, taking into account the interaction of the pilot and the air traffic controller in FE; a method of integrated assessment of the effectiveness of the intelligent support system of collaborative decision making (ISSCDM) based on the timeliness and correctness of decision making by ANS operators by introducing an additional criterion of CDM coordination; were received further development: evolution of human factor models in the direction of improving the CDM process by ANS operators and the introduction of intelligent systems, which will lead to the prevention and minimization of human errors as a result of their timely detection and qualitative analysis; problems and features of interaction between the pilot and the air traffic controller in the CDM process in FE.
