Essay

The dissertation was dedicated to the study of psychological conditions of formation communicative competence of the speech therapists. The concept «communicative competence of future speech therapist» has been defined. The specificity is revealed, the content and structure (cognitive, emotional-motivational, behavioral structural components) communicative competence of the future speech therapists are substantiated. The criteria (professional and communicative readiness; inclination to the chosen profession; unconditional acceptance persons with speech disorders; possession of verbal and non-verbal means of communication by students speech therapists; positive interpersonal relationships of the future speech therapist with people who have a speech disorders), indicators of this phenomenon have been determined (knowledge of the psychology communication; the speech therapist's awareness own level of communicative competence; positive professional motivation, the general level of sociability; attitude to the implementation activities and interact with persons with speech disorders; attitude towards persons who have a speech disorders; listening ability; persuading ability; oratorical skills, understanding of verbal and non-verbal communication; level of communicative self-control; difficulties in communicating with others) and levels (high, medium, low), substantiated and proven psychological conditions (personal and professional maturity; humanistic orientation; communication and organizational skills; professional orientation; spiritual-professional-psychological culture; reflexive processes; self-regulation of behavior) formation communicative competence of future speech therapist. The model was theoretically substantiated and created, the effectiveness program for the formation communicative competence of future speech therapist by activating certain psychological conditions by active socio-psychological teaching methods in the process professional training, which proves the feasibility its implementation in the higher educational institutions. Psychological-pedagogical recommendations for teachers and future speech therapists have been developed with the aim at developing students' communicative competence.
