Budarna V. Economic and legal mechanism of investment support of the national economy.

The paper provides a thorough analysis of the economic and legal mechanism of investment support of the national economy. Analyzed directions of the state investment policy, the legal mechanism of its formation and implementation, the issues of system-structural connection of the investment policy with other directions of the economic policy are considered separately. Considerable attention is paid to the sources of investment potential of the national economy. Separately considered the issues of economic and legal support of the mechanism of accumulation of investment potential and functioning of subjects of economic and legal support of investment infrastructure, priorities of object structure of investment activity and directions of improvement of the legislation of Ukraine on investment activity.
