Nadeyko M. Social responsibility management in the system of the enterprise corporate culture

OObject of research: the process of social responsibility management in the system of corporate culture of the enterprise. Purpose: development of scientific and methodological provisions and substantiation of practical recommendations for the management of social responsibility in the system of corporate culture of the enterprise. Methods: system, induction and deduction, economic-statistical analysis, classical statistical, economic-mathematical modeling, expert assessments. Novelty: for the first time a two-level model of social responsibility management was developed, the first level of which identifies external vectors and expectations of a socially-oriented enterprise, and the second identifies internal, which allowed to differentiate the directions of social responsibility; tools for analyzing by external vectors based on synthetic and analytical indicators, a method of optimizing the volume of social investment while maintaining the ever-increasing profit of the enterprise, the use of which will maximize the effectiveness of social responsibility management and identify areas for future investment are improved. Scope: in the activities of the Department of Economic Development and Trade of the Volyn Regional State Administration and in the activities of enterprises of the Volyn region, which were identified by the executive authorities as socially oriented, namely: PJSC "SKF Ukraine", PJSC "Teremno Khlib", PJSC "Lutsk House-Building Plant ”, in the educational process of Lviv University of Business and Law during the preparation of textbooks, educational and methodical recommendations, in the teaching of disciplines “Economic Analysis”, “Business Planning”, “Personnel Management”.
