Essay

Purpose: substantiation of theoretical and methodological principles and development of applied recommendations for the formation of the system of reflexive human resource management of agricultural enterprises. Object: the formation process of the system of reflexive human resource management of agricultural enterprises. Research methods: scientific abstraction, historical and economic, monographic, sociological, statistical and mathematical, algorithmic, modeling method and a forecasting method. Theoretical results: a theoretical generalization has been made and a new solution of scientific and practical problem of the formation of the reflexive system of human resource management of agricultural enterprises has been given.Practical results: can be used for further deepening of the theoretical research of the problem of reflexive human resource management and consist of the development of scientifically sound proposals for solving problems of the formation and improvement of human resource management system of agricultural enterprises for increasing the efficiency of their activities. Scientific novelty: the technology of formation of the human resource management system of agricultural enterprises on the basis of system-reflexive approach has been substantiated. On the one hand, it provides improvement of personnel policy through selection, placement and use of human resources on principles of integration of their professional competences and psychological qualities and adaptive mechanism of labor cooperation and development of self-organization processes at the enterprise. On the other hand, it expands the possibilities of intangible motivation of labor activity to increase the efficiency of the enterprise and build a human-centric pathway of its development. Sphere of usage: agricultural enterprises, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine, district and regional departments of agro-industrial development and development of agriculture in the region, scientific institutions of NAAS, higher education establishments.
