The thesis is a comprehensive scientific study of the concept and nature of court orders in civil proceedings of Ukraine, addressed to the competent authorities of foreign states, in particular, to serve judicial and extrajudicial documents to the defendant abroad and demand evidence abroad in civil proceedings in Ukraine. The study allowed to develop theoretical proposals and practical recommendations for improving the current legislation and judicial practice on court orders, in particular, on improving and ensuring the unity of judicial practice in Ukraine, which are defined below.
